Kinda small for taller people but super comfortable and love the material.

This is definitely one of the couches of all time. For starters, it's oddly packaged, to the point I almost didn't see an important piece tucked (hidden?) underneath the frame. The instructions for assembly make absolutely no sense at all and didn't really help me. I just kind of figured it out as I went and everything seemed to work the way I thought it would. Thankfully, this is not a very complex couch. As for the build quality, it was immediately apparent that this is cheaply constructed furniture. The fabric is extremely thin and feels like it will tear or rip very easily (and it had visible shipping damage right out of the box, which I included a picture of: torn fabric and a creased back flap). I can already tell that it will show impressions (like, from things in pockets, etc) and get stretched out like old skin after any moderate use. Some buyers may also want to know that the black is not as dark as you would think it is from the store page photos. (I included a picture that shows how light this black is compared against my other black furniture.) The frame itself is very rickety and wobbly. I could feel this while assembling it and while using the recliner. There are visible gaps between the center console and seats that you can't really ever hide (including a weird gap between the center opening and the back piece that I included a photo of). The mechanism that reclines the chairs does not seem like it will hold up over time. Strings are coming off like old jeans all over the couch. Staples are missing from some places on the velcro strips. Some fabric cuts are very misaligned. Just a lot of little quality problems overall. I foresee this couch breaking down very quickly, but it was like $800 instead of $5000, so I didn't have super high expectations to begin with. I think it would be great for people on a budget or someone who just needs a decent seat to recline in every so often. I wouldn't recommend it for anyone looking for something serious that will last 5-10 years. It's not particularly impressive in any way. It's just a boring, cheap couch that will get the job done for a while.

Came earlier than expected and looks better than the picture. Very comfortable as well. Two issues-sofa was supposed to be delivered inside of door but when the delivery guys saw they had to climb stairs, they opted to leave the package on the sidewalk for us to open and carry up ourselves. Do-able but not what we planned on. Second issue is that one of the seat backs came with a broken wood support. I will reach out to Ashley tomorrow and hopefully they will send a replacement back or at least send out someone to repair. I don't feel like making the repair myself. Other than that, love it!

The package delivering could have been better. They delivered it and were very nice and efficient but I noticed a lot of holes and tears in my packaged box. So it tells me they were not very careful during transport. Once I got the couch out of the box it was in like 6 pieces. Easiest couch I've ever had to assemble. I did it all by myself and in 25 minutes, my new couch was ready to be broke in. So far, the couch is super comfy. So for the price & quality, I am very please. Its not too big, not too small. Just right.

Very nice looking and easy to assemble. No complaints at all there. It’s very heavy and seems very sturdy. I opted for the electric version which I super nice and is a wall saver unlike my old loveseat. I put 4 stars for comfort but I could see it being 5 stars potentially.My only qualm in the whole process was the shipping. Amazons shipper subcontracted it out to a third party which did not follow the shipping date and time selected so beware about that. They changed my arrival time 6 times and then ultimately changed the ship date the day of. Now this doesn’t reflect on the quality of the loveseat so I didn’t take stars off for the shipping issues.

Bought this power recliner to replace the cheap uncomfortable couch that was in my she-shed previously. It’s comfortable. It was easy to assemble. Although the delivery people did need a push to get it through the doorways since it was small they had reluctance but we got it through after taking it out of the box. So far so good.

I've purchased Ashley products before without issue but some of the reviews here had me nervous. Our loveseat arrived on time. The delivery & set up went smoothly. The loveseat is nice. There were no scratches, rips or broken pieces. It's comfortable to sit on. I look forward to enjoying it.

Just over 30 days and one of the recliners won't recline because the release broke. Now I find out that I can't do anything about it. Buyers beware! What a piece of crap!
