I LOVED these colors. They were exactly what I was looking for and the price was good. Unfortunately, I did not read the reviews ahead of time. This is NOT a fine powder. I may have got a defective product, but as other bad reviews state the same - I don't think so. As you can see in my picture, you can see each GRAIN of powder... it is VERY chunky. I was expecting something closer to the consistency of mica powder or loose pigment powder. If you rub this powder between your fingers, no color comes off. All you do is roll chunks around.For nails, this was a disaster. THIS IS NOT ACRYLIC POWDER. The headline for this product is beyond misleading. Despite being not "FINE" powder at all... I tried mixing this with acrylic monomer and it DID NOT MIX. Apparently, you are supposed to mix this with clear acrylic powder to get the color. HOWEVER, the monomer liquid does NOT break down whatever this product is made of... so there is NO WAY to smooth the nail out. If you use this over regular polish or gel polish... you will have a texture you DO NOT WANT.Lastly... glitter and matte are OPPOSITE of each other. Glitter reflects light, matte does not. This is a MATTE product, but this seller couldn't even get that part right. (Don't even get me started on the "hair decoration"... how would this even STICK to hair and WHY would you want it to... tons of better products for that...)If you want a chunky powder that isn't safe for the eyes or face? Or if you want a chunky powder that will not work with ANY kind of nail art (unless you want a gritty texture with uneven color chunks) then this product is for you. OTHERWISE? There are a ton of cheaper, alternative products - mica and pigment powders... just do a search for "neon matte." You will find what youre looking for... this probably ISN"T IT.

These colors are great but they are not glittery. They end up with little white spects when their finished. You can see in the jar though that there's no glitter. They did come on time and the colors are pretty.

These do not work as well as expected. I purchased for a gift and now I'm beyond the deadline to return. Very chunky and doesn't blend well. Can still see the white thru the glitter. Very disappointed.
