They cut vegetables, meat and fingers like nothing else. I haven’t ever handled a knife as sharp as these ones. But you have to be extremely careful: one careless movement and they break. Never cut anything on top of ceramic plates or granite, never drop them, never try to chop anything with them or they’ll break

Excellent sharp knives. Just steer clear of chicken bones as they are fragile.

We had these knives for about 6 weeks and loved them. Very sharp and wonderful to use. Very disappointingly the small blade has now broken. We were only cutting cheese and did not put the blade under any duress. For the price and the length of time we have had the blade I am very disappointed with the purchase - I would’ve expected a knife of this price to have lasted a lot longer. Additionally, my husband is worried he might’ve ingested the part as we haven’t found it anywhere and worry it might have stuck to the cheese he was cutting. I am struggling to contact the seller. Don’t waste your money!

Just be careful. These are some very sharp knives. These are also very light indeed and although seem brittle, they are holding up fine so far.

Bought before . Expensive but cut through most things like butter . Just be extremely careful with regard to use
