Will be a lifesaver for Christmas
This product is fab for times of overindulgence when on a Monday morning I can bearly move after the weekend. I found this wee gem to take care of bloating and I due to charcoal hangovers r a thing of the past. Will be getting more for my Xmas stocking for sure!

Tried them but didn’t work for me but my stomach is very unpredictable but worth a try read good and bad reviews I didn’t give them a long enough chance as I experienced pain but they could work well for others

Made me feel sick within an hour I could literally taste the activated charcoal in my breath. Horrible stuff.
