A bit smaller than should be but quite aromatic

I love using in anything I bake. You don’t have to use a lot, grate less than 1/4 tsp to 6cups of flour. My bread and pastries smell and tastes great!

The flavor is very much like amaretto.They are easy to grate with a small size cheese grater.

I used these to infuse some Velvet Falernum for cocktails. Excellent flavor and color. I sliced easily in half and put two in the liqueur. Great nutty flavor and richness infused

A friend sent me a pic of a restaurant menu. As I looked at it I found Tonka bean ice cream. I love to make ice cream, but I had never heard of Tonka beans before, so I did some research, found them on Amazon, and made some. Wasn't sure how many beans to grind, so I tried 5 beans for a gallon of ice cream. The result gives me goose bumps just thinking about it. The flavor is allusive, starts cinnamon, but has the numbing of cloves, and then just dances across the taste buds. I am a devote for life. Next up I'm going to make Tonka rolls!
