Which songs does it play? With voices or just instrumentals?

I wouldn't know because I pluged them in for the very first time, they played only three notes and stopped! Then the lights went out not even 5 minutes later. I changed both fuses and it would not work! Returned them

Can the music be muted?

Yes, pressing the button multiple times will change the volume from high to medium, down to low or off. The light blinking pattern can also be changed a few times while muted.

How do I either synce the songs on the control boxes, or have the music muted on one but the bulbs flash the same as the one playing music

There is a switch that allows you to play music or not.

What songs do the lights play ?

They play : Rudolf, silent night, Jingle Bells, drummer Boy, and the lights play along with the songs. My kids love it.
