Wonderfully comfortable to wear! The cotton is incredibly soft and beats any other pad I have tried. They are very absorbent, and now I'm free of worrying about any leakage. They adhere to my panties well and stay in place all day. Finding this brand has been a godsend for me due to other brands feeling less than soft and not sticking once in place. This brand is a winner for me!

As a 45-year-old woman, I’ve had my share of experiences with various menstrual products over the years, and I can confidently say I’m thoroughly impressed with these pads. They’re exceptionally soft, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed—free from perfumes and synthetic materials that have no business near one of the most sensitive areas of a woman’s body. The absorption capacity exceeded my expectations, particularly as someone who typically uses pantyliners from another reputable organic brand. While it’s true that conventional products may offer slightly longer wear time, they often come at the cost of exposing the body to potentially harmful chemicals. For me, that trade-off simply isn’t worth it. I prioritize my long-term health over a marginal convenience, and this product proves that you don’t have to sacrifice quality or performance to do so. I encountered no issues with the pad staying in place—my technique of pinching from underneath the fabric upward helped secure it firmly. Over the course of my three-and-a-half-day cycle, which included two heavy-flow days, I used only eight pads from the sixteen-count pack. Overall, I give this product a solid 10/10 and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a safer, more mindful alternative for menstrual care.

I've worn pads for years- THESE are waaaaaay better than the chemical toxic swamp of mainstream pads ( read their ingredients list! - it'll shock you). Bless the makers of these! I pee far less and less often they are soft, well made, well packaged, strong, highly absorbent, odor blocked, adhesive is strong but not super-glue ridiculously-ripping-up your panty crotches, no leaks even at night, fit well, no moist surfaces, perfect!!! Worth the slightly higher fee!!!

The newer version of these that they’re now coming out with is not nearly as comfortable and not enough coverage like their older version that was soft with good coverage. The ones are more narrow, a little too muchbut the sides can be scratchy now.

Only pads I have found that do not cause irritation.

They do smell. They do not stick well at all. Won’t buy this again.

I could give these 5 stars but I didn't because they are not as thick as the original Rael Ultimate pads I was using that were 5 star perfect and they are a bit expensive. I may try to find a cheaper source. This week I received my usual Rael order and quickly realized that they completely changed the design of their pads rendering them useless- the new ones did not work any better than a panty liner in a tsunami. I need a pad I can feel confident in and so after reading many reviews, I ordered these as a replacement. While these are very similar in design to the original Rael, they are not as thick or as long ( an inch shorter) but that's ok. I've worn two of these as of today and they work so I'm thrilled. I really hope they don't change their design. So, I would highly recommend these. These are thick enough to protect and thin enough to feel invisible when wearing. I love the cotton. I think the Maximum in this brand will work for most, if not all, occasions. With Rael, I had to purchase the Ultimate and the medium so, maybe I can save money by just using this one Maximum size. I don't know why companies change a perfectly good design with raving reviews. It's like they prefer to be like every other pebble on a beach rather than being a one of a kind.

Works well. They don’t stick as good as others but to weigh the difference. I’d buy again because they are made of cotton and have no harmful chemicals that could cause health issues.

I purchased these for my elderly mother, who has very sensitive skin and was reacting to regular store-bought pads. I read the reviews about these and thought it can’t be real . With out anything like what the main stream companies were offering. I like so many have allergic reaction to the stuff making up the other products , so with creams and powders have been struggling so’s I would feel confident of not being embarrassed when out. So I thought what do I have to loose just try it. I’m so glad I did , it’s a game changer for me . They work, they work for I have gone on to the ultimate as it’s the proper size for me all I can say is like everything in life try if it’s for you then welcome to no more itching and creams.

Its u usually big in size to carry in a bag when u travel. After few hours it becomes very heavy. Difficult and uncomfortable to walk with this weight and sensation between the legs. Doesn’t stay firm. Therefore requires two layers of underpants to maintain it steady with the weight that increases over time. No irritation, organic cotton so breathable.

I used these in my postpartum bleeding . I didnt take pictures of the box . Posting review now as they were really soft and had good absorbency. If you looking something soft to help you heal and comfort during your postpartum recommend 100% .
