I had trouble seeing things in my dresser, particularly my sock drawer. But I didn't want a lamp on the dresser.This fits the bill well. One of the bars doesn't stay up well, and I have to tap it to come on, but the other strip works perfectly. I'm pleased.

These lights are amazing!!! I love them. Bought them for my wife and she couldn't be happier. The batteries that came with them last a long time too.

I ordered this set of led lights in exchange for my honest review and I really like them! At first I was a bit confused on how they worked, I wasn’t sure if they were motion sensor or tap lights but they are more along the lines of a tap light, you don’t have to actually tap them they will come on just by the vibration of you opening a drawer, cabinet and so on. I actually installed these in my garden shed and they work great. My garden shed has a small window on one side but it is a security window so has the textured film over it so you can’t look in. It lets in some light but when evening comes the shed is really dark. I put one under a shelf and the other on the side of a beam that runs across the roof. Sometimes just opening the shed door will turn on one or both but other times I need to tap the beam or shelf to get them to come on. The downside for me is that they only stay on for a few seconds so I think they would be better suited for a drawer or cabinet. I have to keep tapping to keep them on. So I may end up moving them but will leave them there until I find a replacement. They take 3 AAA batteries and they are a very snug fit to get them in. You can install this with the provided screws or adhesive strips. I used the screws and they work great. The lights are about as bright as a nightlight would be, so not blasting bright but enough to light a small area. Overall I am happy with the lights and will try to find a more ideal place for them.
