I like that they are lower in calories them most omega oil supplents.
They say they are burpless but i burp them up everytime and taste very fishy.

I prefer the Nordic Natural pro omega 1000 mg. I could not see a different with the Ultimate OMEGA 3. On the contrary, I have to buy again the Nordic Natural.
