My son does so well on this product! He is 11 years old and was having hyperactivity, poor grades in school, and behavioral issues. I had tried other supplements (omega 3, L -theanine, lemon balm, magnesium, and couple others), and nothing seemed to help. I found a mom whose child was audhd, and she started this worked really well for her kiddo in coffee. So I tried only coffee to see if that would help, and it did not. However pairing coffees with this product has been a serious game changer. My son has been improving in school, academically and I have not had from the school about any more behavioral issues. When he is at home, he is more relaxed, and can actually articulate what he's thinking and feeling without the outbursts, majority of the time. He feels more confident in himself, and this has just been great for him.

Easy to use, one scoop in juice, coffee or any drink, very little taste, but I like the immunity and cognitive support

To start it’s much smaller than I was expecting and then it’s only half full. So I feel it’s over priced for the amount you’re getting. Which is why I’m giving 4/5 stars. I recommend if you put this in your coffee, put in the powder first, hot coffee on top & stir. Then add ice or creamer. Otherwise it doesn’t blend and you will get pockets of powder that taste nasty. When blended right, you can’t taste it. Overall, I think it does help with focus. I have adhd and have tried Adderall. I tried only lions mane and it didn’t work. So I was skeptical this would work. But this it a great alternative to medication. It’s not as strong of a feeling like medication of course, but it does have a gradual focus without the jittery feeling and I’m able to sleep!

I'm not as forgetful as I've been since I've been using this. I wanted to get more but I see it's DOUBLE the price in a month.

This works well for focus. I can tell the difference when I use it. Unfortunately it’s expensive for such small quantity. it’s very difficult to get the powder out of the bottom of the bag. There are folds at the bottom and the powder gets stuck there. Please change the bag design.

Taste good. Lots of mushrooms. Happy with product.

I recently purchased this as I read the benefits for mental focus..I did read the reviews but took a risk and purchased it anyways. At that price I am shocked with how small the container is but even more so at the fact that the container is not full! It is shocking that they would sell a half full container this way. Additionally, it doesn't help with mental focus at all (not for me at least) and it honestly doesn't really taste like anything. It was an absolute waste of money. They should be refunding people their money for such a poorly made product!

It’s hard to put a finger on what this stuff did for me. It’s like it gave me more energy but not in the way caffeine does. I noticed after a few days I was no longer feeling the need for my usual 1:00 cup of coffee during the day, and went that way for a couple weeks. When we ran out, it only took about two days for that afternoon slump to come back. I’ve been drinking coffee at 1:00 for years now, for that part of the day genuinely feeling like I didn’t need either a nap or coffee was just strange. I didn’t notice much in the way of focus but I can see how avoiding that afternoon slump would make a difference. I tend to feel overwhelmed when there’s a lot to do or alot on my mind, and that has been better too. Not sure if it’s from the boost in energy or what. As far as taste, it’s definitely noticeable. My husband and I have only tried it in coffee, but we do use flavored creamer. It’s not bad with creamer but you can taste it. You could also put it in food supposedly. I’d say it’s worth a try. Better than medicine or more caffeine…
