This has really helped with my hyperthyroid symptoms. I started off with one in the morning. Then after about a month increased to one at night to help with my sleep. It has helped. So far no side effects. I wonder what is the maximum dose? I take the last one at between 9 and 10pm, but may wear off around 5am to 6am because I will feel really hormonal. I wonder could I take 2 at night to prolong the effects? It has really helped with my mental cloudiness also. I am so thankful for this product because I don't want to go on prescription meds and since taking this the doctor said that I don't need to so far!

I believe my thyroid has gone into hyper mode! But this has calmed me down and I can finally sleep at night! I was waking up at 4 am! I found it does make me sleepy when taking during the day, but it helps me sleep better at night if I take it at least twice. So if I have caffeine I take it. And I will often take it with dinner and then right before bed. It really just seems to calm my nervous system. I also get less of the hot sweaty hands. I say give it a try!

Was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism. I did not want to do the radioactive iodine treatment, and read these herbs would help. I took these Thyroid Support pills for 6 months, until all my levels were back to normal. I did 2 months taking 3 pills, then 2 months taking 2, then 2 months taking 1.
