How long can this product be used?

What do you mean?!? It’s a cool time reference. Use as long as you want to or u til your air fryer croaks. What a weird question……

On the instapot sheet, what do the Q or N mean on the untitled last row mean?

Q means quick release of steam and N means natural release of steam.

do these temps/times include "pre-heat" times??

Hi, these do not include pre-heat times as we found different Air Fryers have different pre-heat times. :)

Y spend $12 for something U can download for free; just for its magnetic option;from loyal Amazon shopper 10+ years

It’s called convenient. And they’re laminated and magnetic. Great idea and not everyone wants to google a cook time and have to sift through a recipe from a search result for a quick answer like this provides. Get it? Good! You’re welcome
