We have a post in the front yard that we’ll hook our dogs up to when we’re out doing yardwork. This thing works great, I like how the clip is carabiner style so snow and ice doesn’t affect it as much as the slider clips in a lot of these leashes

Did its job well. My small dog used this. Until it broke after a few months. It is chew resistant. The part that broke was the clip but I think it was because of the cold weather.

So much depends on this little item. If you have an escape artist pup like we do, you know this well. This is like the highest evolution of the species of lead lines. In the past I have bolt-cuttered off the cheesy spring-loaded connectors on these things to replace them with my own locking carabiners (aluminum of course). I bought two, JIC they disappear. Expect to get at least 5-6 years out of each. Def reco.

When my 12 year old Chieweeni was a puppy. I had a cable leach like this and took her every where with me. Now that she is older and diabetic I want to keep a close eye on her. So this cable makes it easier to take her and keep her close and she loves it.

We didn't purchase this for outdoor use. We use it to tether our 10 yr old pit/lab mix to her crate in the bedroom, so that she can sleep in or out of her crate but not get to our other dog, a 14 yr old Akita mix who sleeps across the room (there have been fights). She chewed through the nylon leash I'd used to tether her, so we wanted something stronger but not heavy. So far this has done the job. She doesn't even try to chew it.

Seemed like good quality, returned because it was too large for the area I needed.

I bought this tie out for our dog last summer and decided I could use another. The clips/attachments are MUCH smaller as is the blue cable tie out. I wouldn't have bought it had I had known.
