Moisturizing and smells soooo good! Not an overpowering scent or skin-irritating. I'll be buying more for my baby as needed, and for myself! I really like the ingredients as well, no dimethicone.

Favorite lotion for my babies. Much thicker than the Honest Lotion and goes in silky smooth. Smells so good.

This is the best lotion! I use it for myself and for my baby. It smells nice and rubs into skin well without feeling greasy. I like that the ingredients are cleaner than some. We registered for a bunch of different baby lotions and ended up returning all of them and getting more SheaMoisture Baby Lotion. Also, it lasts forever. My baby is 11 months old and we have used less than two bottles since he was born and we use it most days.

Smooth on my baby

My toddler has eczema-prone sensitive skin, and we’ve tried a lot of the bigger name brands over time, but this has honestly worked the best for us. It’s thicker than some lotions without feeling heavy, absorbs well, and has helped keep his skin feel moisturized and calm. I especially like using it after bath time. The light coconut scent is nice as well. We’ve tried a lot, and this is the one we keep coming back to.

Our biracial kids tend to have drier skin. I have used this (or rather the original version) on them, nearly every day, till their skin was soft, and glowed. It is/was an excellent lotion. I shared the brand/kind with the babysitter, cuz she was so impressed, and had a biracial child also. It has excellent ingredients, a soft, pleasant smell (not strong perfume), and was thick, but very spreadable. My only problem with the lotion (1-2 yrs ago) was the pump dispenser. The lotion was too thick to go through the pump dispenser. I called the company and stated the problem. I further told them that I always cut open the bottle, scoop out the lotion, and transfer it to a glass jar with a screw-on lid. In my case, I re-used an empty, wide-mouth olive jar. It was/is perfect! With the lotion in the jar, I can scoop a glob of lotion out quickly (instead of pumping one small stream) and slather it on the kids' dry skin. I suggested that they (the company) could sell more, if they made their lotion more findable/accessable (in the store)....advertise it differently (instead of just "baby lotion")....and put it in "tubs/jars" (instead of pump dispenser bottles). The lady I spoke with, was not overly receptive, but mostly polite. Months later, the lotion was still in the pump dispensers, but appeared on store shelves, thinned down considerably. It was no longer the excellent lotion I had grown to love. Still good.....and nearly as expensive.... but not as thick. So....the modern version is thinned down enough for the 1st 1/2 or 3/4 bottle to dispense through their "pump" bottles. Often the last part of the bottle is still too thick. I went from using this stuff every day, to using it only occasionally. My reason: I still prefer/need to cut open the bottle and transfer the lotion to the jar, and I lacked time. With 5 kids (7 yrs and younger), this was an extra chore. I also prefered the thicker lotion. It was quality....a notch above the other lotions. I am trying to get back into routine with using the thinned-down lotion. It still has that pleasant smell, and seems to be good for the skin. But not totally user-friendly.....and thinned down from original.

It’s smells so good!! And for sensitive skin! We love this product!

Amazing product! Lovely natural ingredients, has transformed my baby’s skin in a matter of 24 hours. After going back and forward to the doctor, being prescribed different creams for my baby’s eczema, of which none seemed to work, I decided to do my own research and try a natural approach. Shea butter with the addition of Vitamin E and Chamomile makes this cream and absolute winner! It soothes my babies eczema, leaving it soft and smooth and no longer red, dry and sore! Lovely to apply, non greasy and absorbs quickly, smells lovely. Happy baby , Happy mother !

I have dry skin.this one doesn't keep the skin moisturized for even 6 hours. The fragrance is a little strong for a product in the baby range
