Palm Beach Medicinal HerbsCramp Bark Tea - Pure Herbal Tea Series, 30ct

I cannot really speak on this particular product just on the herb itself. I used to make a tea with this for my daughters monthly to help ease their monthly cramps that would at times, render them helpless and keep them in dire pain. I eventually ran out and the company I used to get my herbs from went out of business. She was away from home so I ordered this product and sent it to her. I don't harvest this herb on my own nor do I hunt for it. I hope this helps her and others.
