Can it go directly on the roof od a 2019 ford flex?

We put ours directly on the roof of a 2014 Pathfinder. Mind you I have both a moon roof and a sun roof and no cross rails for my roof racks. Because of this I didn't put anything heavy in the bag but it held up great going from California to Florida.

Dimensions of a 15 cubic

Here is the dimension of 15 cubic feet rooftop bag when fully stuffed: 44” (L) X 34” (W) X 17” (H)

Does it have an automatic lift or buttons for a wheelchair to be lifted up and put in the case

No, it’s a cargo bag… you have to put it on the roof by yourself or with help
