I look forward to using this machine every morning and evening. It's like a workout and body massage all in one! Feels so strange yet good all at once... but afterwards I feel fantastic. Ten minutes is a perfect amount of time and yes, I do max it out to the 50 setting that I love! I don't use the straps but the remote does come in handy. After two days of use, I felt ... different ... better ... happier. For sure, it's a huge help with circulation and lymph drainage plus consistent bowel movement. I'm prone to having cold hands and feet during the winter months but not anymore with consistent use of this machine. Libido has also gotten a boost too! My back feels really great afterwards. Not sure how/if it's promoting weight loss but I'm not too concerned with that. I'm extremely happy with this VibeSlim and I HIGHLY recommend it to anyone who wants to supplement their workout or anyone who wants help with circulation and feeling better (goodness who wouldn't want that?) Might even help someone suffering from depression to shake off the gloom ... boost the mood! Morning use before my work commute really has me WIDE AWAKE and feeling great. Reasonable price and well worth it! I hope it lasts over the years because I'll be using it pretty much every day. It's not that loud either so I can use it while watching TV. Best purchase of 2016!

Wow. Excellent quality machine. Was concerned it would be junky and cheap. It's the opposite. Great looking solid, well designed and heavy. It has wheels and you just tilt it and you can easily move it I am 67 and overweight. I thought I might not be able to stand on it without holding on. Well I can. I have sciatica and the first few days my back hurt worse and my outer thighs. Now my pain is much reduced. It lasts a while after you get off. It's quite a workout. It stimulates your bowed as well (in a good way) . It's winter and my skin has been dry. Now my legs are softer and not dry . If I remember to update I will let you know if my sciatica goes away completely

I read a lot of reviews when selecting a vibrating platform. I am very pleased, so far, with this tool. It is very sturdy and stable. It was bigger than I expected, in a good way. It allows for a wider stance to target different muscles and joints. It has a wide range of settings. I try to use it twice a day. I'm in good health, but I have an office job where I sit a lot during the day. This helps loosen tight muscles and relax my joints.

I am moderately disabled, unable to do exercise demanding good balance . 6 months ago I decided to finally to lose the extra 40lbs. I have been carrying since I quit smoking 13 yrs. ago . I purchased the Confidence Fitness Vibration Platform and incorporated it into my exercise regimen . Thus far in 5 months I have lost 34 lbs. The only down side is that it comes with minimal instructions on how to maximize the benefits. There are many sites on u tube for that purpose . All in all great addition to your work out , easy to use ,remote is great feature, not hard to move around and best of all makes you feel good plus easy on the bank acc. J.R.M.

It's more quiet than expected, which is good. Has a lot of choices for vibration level so can be used for possible pain relief and circulation/healing at lower levels - up to about 10. It also has pre-programmed settings for exercise benefits or just use higher vibration levels. User friendly, but a little big and heavy. Stable, but awkward to move every day.

what I expected. works great . Don't have room to keep it out. Heavy.

I really loved this machine, I felt energized and had started 2 routines a day and felt wonderful. but I have bad knees an it really messed them up after 2 weeks, where to this date I am in extreme pain and can barely walk. Also it came without instructions so I just figured it out by myself. I would recommend it to anyone who would just like to get a quick exercise fitness workout. DO NOT USE IF YOU HAVE BAD KNEES!

Loving it so far. The highest level I've used it on is 15, but on average 10. I can definitely feel my muscles contracting. I use it on conjunction with my cardio/strength routine. My goal is to lose weight and tone up. Too soon for results but it's definitely a workout. I use it in a squat and plank position, and it's challenging.
