Life's too short
Having spent 3 hours + trying to make this work, I have given up. I tried to relate the wire colours on the connector to the terminals on the actual switch and got lost down a rabbit-hole somewhere. I studied the diagrams on this site but could not make my switch work when I wired it into the circuit per the instructions. I looked at the video provided but couldn't adequately determine which coloured wire was which or which wires were connected together. Why on earth the manufacturer couldn't provide a simple diagram showing the wire colours rather than the actual switch terminals i will never know. Anyway the switch is now in the bin and I have ordered a less sophisticated model from another manufacturer. I should add that I am no stranger to electrical wiring.
