Better than Agave!
I was looking for a non-fructose sweetener instead of using agave and came across these sugar packets. One is plenty for my overnight oats! So delicious and it lasts a while with the amount of packets! The taste beats any regular sugar I've ever had! It's like a fruit sweetness!

No aftertaste, great sugar substitute
NOTE: this is a monk fruit-erythritol mix, NOT pure monk fruit extract. However, it makes me feel better knowing that it's certified organic. I've been using monk fruit/erythritol for a while now to cut down on sugar for health reasons (candida overgrowth being one of them), and although you can't always substitute it into recipes that use sugar for its chemical properties (traditional pectin preserves, caramelizing, etc.), it does work well for most things. I've baked lots of stuff with it (mug cakes, muffins) and put it into protein shakes and stuff. It seems to dissolve okay, about as well as sugar at least. Much more expensive though, but NOW brand usually has better prices. If you are very taste-sensitive, it's possible you will notice a difference in flavor, but for me it's not really noticeable.

This WAS a great product... But NOW is not!
This product was WONDERFUL, but now it has been reformulated to contain erythritol (and some monkfruit) instead of monkfruit and allulose. New research suggests that erythritol may be associated with cardiovascular decease, whereas allulose and monkfruit are fruit derivatives (monkfruit is a Chinese fruit and allulose exists in dates). Erythritol is derived from cane sugar. I am including pictures of the PRODUCT I BOUGHT. Please note that this is NOT the product you can buy now because only the reformulated version is available. I give the new product with erythritol a TWO STAR review.

A Good Sugar Substitute
Good sweetness level, without a strong chemical aftertaste. Slight โcoolโ flavor.

Tastes great, but NOT a powder.
WARNING: this is NOT powdered as implied in the title. At best, particle size is fine granules. Itโs not even as superfine as caster sugar, which is still coarser than confectioner's. On the plus side, it tastes very much like sugar in most recipes, and it's organic to boot. Note that I say "in recipes" - if you put it straight on your tongue, you'll taste the erythritol because that's what it is. That's just the reality of it with any of these. Regardless, this won't cut it in recipes that call for a confectioner's sweetener, and that's what I bought it for. Gritty fudge, anyone? No? Didn't think so. Can you powder it yourself? Of course you can. But if thatโs what I wanted, I would have bought a bag of granulated, not one sold as already being a POWDER. There are recipes that only work with one or the other, and thatโs why they HAVE these designations. And despite the word "powder" appearing nowhere on the packaging, this isn't an Amazon listing error - NOW Foods list this on their own website as a powder. I'm boggled that a company so steeped in food and nutrition for so long wouldn't understand the difference. So, while it may be good enough to buy next time I need a bag of granulated, this gets no more than three stars from me because the decision to spend my money on it was predicated on false information.

My favourite
One of my favourite sweeteners: no nasty fillers no bitter after taste. It was on offer at a better price than at my local market.

Expected More Monk Fruit Content
I expected more monk fruit content, but it seems to be mostly erythritol. It works as a sweetener, but itโs not what I was looking for from a monk fruit product
