Hi Irene, I’m actually a small 36 A/B. I buy medium, because the removable, light padding, I get full coverage and my, breasts look natural when I wear the medium. There is also a lace collection, which I bought too. On Amazon. I got medium as well. Wash on cold, air dry both sets. I hope this helped 😁

No they will sometimes come out themselves in the washer but I just put them back in when putting one on.
