I bought this cabinet to store towels outside the bathroom it's a good quality for this use. Easy to put together, wood is nicely finished with no slivers, burrs, or scuffs, and it's pretty. I will be applying dark window film to hide the towels and make the whole presentation more attractive. I'm happy with my purchase.

Takes a considerable amount of skill to assemble. Decent quality and good instructions. Well packed.The build and all components are well made and match up perfectly. There is a mix of solid wood and composite.A few notes and one star off for the following. The first is the considerable amount of VOC's this unit emits after assembly. We had to remove it from the house and place it into the garage the smell was so bad, headaches, asthma-like symptoms, eye burning, Etc. I would strongly consider leaving the parts in a well-ventilated space prior to assembling to avoid any health issues. Also I need to note that as others have said and their reviews, the two knobs are not mounted evenly, with one being slightly lower than the other even though each door was perfectly aligned. This was easily fixed and not a big deal.This is not the first simply home product we have an interestingly the entertainment center we bought looks very similar but did not give off anywhere near the amount of toxic fumes like this cabinet does. Another very minor complaint is that we went to Great pains to select the natural aged color we got with the first unit in order to match. Even though the color says it's the same it is not, close but not quite. If I would have known this I would have just went with the cabinet that we want it that did not list the color available in that model. Going by that it's clear that the color guide is very general and apparently not meant to perfectly match a suite of furniture pieces.Overall the cabinet size, storage and build make this a decent buy noting the above.

Hi, needed a taller cabinet for storing all of our Tupperware and Small Nesco, 3 Crockpots and Kitchen Tabletop indoor Grill. This worked perfectly! Assembled it by myself in 1 hr and 15 minutes.I laid the pieces on a fleece blanket to keep from scratching it during assembly. The assembly instruction pictures and descriptions could definitely be rewritten and more specific, but it all went together great. Only issue I had was tring to get the pins in for the shelf supports. Holes were a tad too small and the pins are not tapered so getting them started took holding the pins with a pliers and hammering them in with a rubber mallet. They also missed one pilot hole for attaching the top to the sides so one screw out of the six I had to drill a hole to get that installed. Seems you always run in to a snag or two when you buy things in a “kit” form. But all in all, very nice cabinet, very nice finish, and looks great! I’d recommend this to anyone looking for a good quality cabinet instead of the pressed board garbage that is half the price but has many, many flaws in quality, finish, and in being sturdy. Solid wood and easy to assemble! Quality construction and it looks awesome.

I spent 2 hours to install it, and it is almost done, then I found the front door size is too big to fit. I called them, they said sorry and they can replace the parts ( clearly I am not the first one who have this issue, they already know their product defects), and then they said they don't have the part in stocking. So I have to spend another half hour to uninstall it and put them back in the box. Seriously, don't buy it. It is not your installation skills, the size of front doors are not right.

Good finishes applied well to solid wood. I know it's solid, because to fit my application (basement cabinet that houses a water pipe!) I had to cut out huge chunks of it from the back and sides and midsection support. Despite my material removal, the cabinet still feels study and looks great.First time I've tried buying furniture from Amazon. But this worked out really well: it's a lovely piece, packaged safely and easy to assemble.

This is the best packaged item I have ever received. Every item was individually wrapped and packed tight. Not a scratch. The screws and such were in a baggie and each item was separately in their own bag and numbered. There was even a bag of extras, all individually bagged and numbered too. Impressive. Assembly was ok. We had issues with the cam locks. 3 of them actually broke very easily. They need to be heavier. Thank goodness for the extras! Overall it took 75 mins to assemble. Would have been quicker but those darn cam locks! It is not as light grey as I thought but that's ok. It smells. It smells like varnish and paint. Very strong. I imagine that will go away as it airs out. I have not put the shelves in yet as you can see them sitting on top. I love that they are adjustable and am waiting by to see what I put where. The directions are ok. Mostly pictures but they instruct you what number goes where. All boards are marked with a letter and a sticker showing what faces front. The screws holding the door hinges on are very tiny and I hope they hold up. Having a second person to help with the doors would make it easier. I would have given it a 5 star but the cheap cam locks and smell stopped me. It is heavy and sturdy. Would def recommend

This exceeded my expectation, the hutch looks elegant and very sturdy, was well packaged and delivery was easier than expected. I am well pleased with my purchase.
