My hands are raw, cracked and painful. Winter months are the worst but they are honestly like this pretty much all year. Will this help?

This hand cream is moisturizing but I don’t know if it is enough to handle skin that is cracked and painful. I feel like it is soothing but my skin isn’t as dry. My husband gets eczema in the winter and he uses this cream along with an ointment and it seems to help his skin.
