Chanel Women's H0968 J12 White Ceramic Bracelet Watch

My wife had given me a black men's Chanel J12 several years ago and I decided that her 50th birthday was the perfect occasion to return the favor with a white J12. The price on Amazon beat Chanel's by several hundred dollars. She was thrilled to get it -- until she discovered the warranty booklet was missing the Certificate Authenticy card that is essential to get warranty service by Chanel (anyone else servicing it would void the warranty) and proves it's the real thing, not a clever knockoff. This card shows where and when an authentic Chanel watch was purchased and includes the watch's serial number, which appears on the back of all Chanel watches. So, of course, this prompted us to look closer at the watch and, guess what? NO SERIAL NUMBER. Unfortunately, the nearest Chanel store to my home is a few hundred miles away, so I couldn't verify we received a fake, but our doubt is deep enough that we are returning the watch immediately -- and, hopefully, without issues from Amazon. This was an expensive and very disappointing purchase -- especially for such a special occasion.

I love it! Its the perfect summer watch. Dexclusive was great to do business with. I would definitely buy another luxury watch from them again. I thought there was a problem and called them immediately. They got back to me in a few minutes and they were so helpful. They were courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend them to my friends. I am really happy with my new watch.
