I got this to carve African hard wood for my aquarium. It was perfect and I was able to make a tunneled fish hide with it.

I was impressed with the cutting ability and the shank is long. However, within the first 5 minutes of use, during tool speed up or down a wobble began in the shank. The next time I started it back up a very violent shake started. To the point where I couldn’t turn off my die grinder. It was so crazy violent I couldn’t take my hands off the tool out of fear of losing control of this thing. Never had such a scary moment in over 20 years of working in the shop. Fortunately after a minute, the shake caused the motor brushes to get pushed out far enough to shut the tool off.I tried to straighten the bend, and was unsuccessful. I even decided to shorten the shank above the bend, to spin up the tool. It did it again, immediately. Indicating the balance of the tool head must be off. The max listed speed here is 50,000 rpm, this die grinder barely hits 20,000 rpm, and the shank noticeably flexed during start up and shut down.I don’t care how much a tool costs if it ends up hurting me when it’s used as it should be. It’s not my first carbide, and I’ve never had an issue with any other rotary tool. Several that I’ve bought on here or elsewhere. Value for money? What a joke! I am just happy that I didn’t get hurt!

had a metal bur inside of a square steel container about 4 inch in and it took care of it with ease. Great and sharp product.

Bought this to grind thick and pitted rust inside the hitch on my Jeep. Worked great.

For the money, works a lot better than I expected. I would definitely recommend it for at least hobby use. For everyday use that's still to be decided.
