LOVE this fan!!! Almost did not buy it due to the price, but I LOVE this fan! The look is beautiful, it moves a ton of air, it was easy to install and the quality is amazing. It is in the master bedroom and we never hear it running. It is super quiet! The controls are on the wall which for me is perfect because I think the remote controls look tacky.

This was purchased to hang in a pergola. So outdoor use is critical. The fan looks great, my wife especially like how the bladed are attached to the motor body and how "sleek" it looks. It puts out a nice amount of air (it is still new and it is winter so I can not attest to how well is works to cool an area). I had this installed by an electrician, he said it was easier than most. We are using the rheostat switch mounted on a post. It is very simple and sturdy.

We love the look of this fan! However, I wanted to warn people that "Remote" Apparently doesn't mean remote as in remote control... they say the remote is the WALL control... so we ordered the separate remote (model 99020) thinking we could use that to also control the fan, and apparently you can't have a wall control and a remote..... without having to re PAIR the remote..... so it's one or the other. Wall only or remote, that attaches to the wall.

Very happy with this fan. It's quiet and powerful. On low, it's enough turbulence to keep most of the bugs away. The in-wall control knob looks a little dated but I didn't want to a remote control that I'd probably end up losing after a while or an in-wall 'remote' which has a battery that would eventually need to be replaced. Only issue I had was the lead time on getting a 36" downrod to bring it to the appropriate height. None of the big box stores stock them and delivery was about 5 days so plan ahead if have a higher ceiling and need one.

The fan control was not included in the box we received. Took weeks to resolve. When a fan control was finally sent it was NOT rated for outdoor use. This is advertised as an outdoor fan. The fan control should be outdoor rated as well. The fact that the fan control is only indoor rated should be clearly stated in the description of the product so the installation can be planned accordingly. Very misleading to leave this fact out of the description.

I am only 5 months with this fan installed (to replace a prior “wet” rated fan that had nearly rusted apart in less than a year on my 2nd floor porch one block off the ocean). I am honestly impressed! There is ZERO sign of corrosion and no rust at all so far. The “coastal application” descriptor is legit! I am very pleased—granted it needs to pass the one year mark to get my full appreciation but it has “weathered” the environment quite well to date and once my back porch fan rusts away I’ll be buying another one. I will say the remote was a royal pain. We just hard wired this into the wall switch at our preferred speed but it is doing its job on an east facing covered porch 450ft from the Atlantic Ocean!

I purchased this fan for my living room which has a 12 foot ceiling. I wanted something larger, but didn't want to pay over $500. Was easy to install (I'm not an electrician). Looks and works great, and at full speed produces quite the nice breeze. I've had it for about 2 months now with no issues; especially as I have it spinning 24 hours. The only annoyance I had was with the remote, which is the type that needs to be imbedded into the wall like a light switch. Fortunately, I was in the process of renovating my walls with new drywall, so I added a hole for this remote. If that had not been the case, I would have had to buy a generic remote and paired it - so ultimately, not that big of a deal. Recommended.
