My neighbor turned me on to this. I am not a gym guy. I go about 3 times a week and basically do cardio and cables. That said, I love this stuff. It's not like an energy drink. Rather, somehow, it makes me hyper focused. It's indescribable. Immagine making that "focused" face where you make your eyes big and have tunnel vision.... that is how it makes me feel - all day. I have no idea how it lasts all day. I only use the small 1 scoop. While at the gym I feel motivated, but not energetic which was what I expected for a "pre-workout." It tastes delicious too. I am not sure how a gym rat guy would rate this, but as a simple dude looking to get exercise, this works very well, and better than I ever expected.

This is my first time using a pre workout. I enjoy the gym but some days I’m just not feeling it, so I wanted something to give me a little push and keep me energized to perform my absolute best the entire workout. I hate energy drinks and already start my day with a protein shake and double shot espresso but I needed something a little extra.Having never used this, I used only a 1/2 scoop in 24 ounces of water. I drank it 20 min before arriving to the gym. Upon arrival I definitely felt more awake and absolutely had energy. The best part was it felt NATURAL. It didn’t feel artificially induced which was my fear. I was able to get in a very vigorous 60 min leg day. I was able to pump out more reps and extend my time from 45 min to a full 60 min. I left feeling worked and tired but not exhausted and definitely no crash and burn. I didn’t experience any tingles or itch which I read are common side effects of pre workout powders.While I have nothing to compare it to , I feel the over all quality was great. At only 1/2 the suggested serving, it met my purpose and tasted pretty good (they did however send me the wrong flavor. I ordered bomb pop and got blue raspberry) I look forward to making it part of my regular gym routine.

I purchased this without knowing much about it. I spilled my typical pre-workout supplement resulting it me being out. It was due to arrive in week as part of my subscription, so instead of throwing that off, I decided to try a new one, and for the price point, I gave this a try. This stuff works as advertised! I could feel the energy increase for my work out. It taste pretty good too. No crash afterwards. My only complaint is the timing. it says to take it a 1/2 hour before your workout. That took more planning as I am use to taking it 15 mins before it start working out. But once I managed that, this was fine and did the job admirably.

I like using this pre-workout because it gives you a good pump and it's better than any energy drink I like it so much I even drink it before I go to work helps me get through 8-hour shift no problem

Not sure yet. Starting having heart palpitations for the first time after using this. Currently stopping all stimulants and anything that causes high blood pressure at the moment. Goes to try using this again to see if it was somehow causing it. will update. Taste pretty good otherwise.*this was never meant to hurt the seller or sales. My body just didnt work well with this product for whatever reason. Seller reached out quickly to help. Very good customer service and rapid responses.

Decided to try a new preworkout bc this had high ratings and a low price point. It got me through my workout but it made me very itchy & I broke out in hives after. Beta alanine will do that. The blue raspberry dissolved well and didn’t taste bad. If it wasn’t for the itchiness and hives I would totally buy again

This is my favorite pre-workout. It gives me an amazing pump with minimal crash and it taste pretty good. Price is very reasonable.

This is my first time taking a pre-workout. The first day I took this pre-workout, I did not feel sleepy at work and planned to work out but I did not. The next day I took the pre-workout early in the morning and about 15 mins late, my face, ears and hands started to itch. I thought I was having an allergic reaction but after more research, I see this is pretty common with beta-alanine (my first time taking any pre workouts guys lol). Trying to see if I can get over that feeling and keep using it because I really like the product. Gave me a good little boost of energy and I definitely feel like I am pretty energized throughout my day. No jitters and the blueberry raspberry flavor is pretty good. I recommend if you can get over that itchy feeling.
