In Season: A Natural History of the New England Year

A beautiful book--I love the journal illustrations and the way they select the almost daily readings over a period of years to provide a portrait of the seasons. The only irritant? mis-spellings in the journal part. (it's tough to be a picky English Major.).

This is a lovely book; perfect for winter reading. The drawings are wonderful; the writing is very informative. All in all, I consider it a keepsake.
