Very sturdy and durable product
Been using for past three years. Very sturdy stainless steel rods.To be installed carefully since it is heavy as well. Ropes provided with the product easily stay for two years or more. Only rope change is required as and when you find that it is wearing out. The ropes are also available with the seller as seperate order.

Does the job but the ropes aren’t strong
The ropes started to come out after one year but now after 2 years of use the rope finally came out entirely and it’s torned.. making the frame useless.

Sleek n Sturdy Rope!
We are having SS 8 ft with 5 Rods Cloth Hanger in our utility. Original rope snapped within 24 months time. We were using plastic rope for last 4 years which went bad and hence today dated 21/4/25 we installed the (Synergy Spare Rope for Full Dropdown Ceiling Dryer 30 Feet Polyester Rope) for the first time.Some good things about this rope are as follows:# Rope quality is excellent.# Easy to install.# Looks n feel is elegant.# Durability will be proven with passage of time.# It is obviously much better than Local Market Plastic rope it terms of looks and binding (braiding).Thank you, hoping for a fair lifespan.

Did not get what we ordered
We had ordered the black item as shown in the pictures, but received completely white. We then returned and asked to send the black, but again received it in white. So you do not get what is shown in the pictures. But otherwise, installing and usage wise, you get what is mentioned.

Can also be mounted on an L-angle supported roof
The holes made to insert the rods have not been de-burred and are unsafe. In order to insert the rod fully, I had to dislodge the rope inside the frame. When I used my finger (instinctively), I had a cut on my finger!For installing the hanger on "L" angle supported roof, I modified the installation. Picture attachedBigger size pulley could help in ease of raising the hanger and not sure of life of the nylon rope - some strands seem to be coming off at the frame part.
