Gros avantages de ce sifflet : sa légèreté et son inertie thermique (appréciable par rapport au métal quand il fait froid)En revanche, si les 2 trous donnent une puissance supplémentaire au son, ils empêchent pas mal de nuances et rendent ce sifflet assez difficile à manier. Si vous débutez, choisissez un modèle plus adapté (par exemple Logan 304)

Excellent sifflet mais je préfère la version en métal que je trouve plus facile à utiliser et avec un son plus net!

To set the scene, I am not a professional sheep dog owner, just an amateur dog walker who wanted an excellent whistle to train recall, stay and carry on.This is a high quality, polymer whistle. You will need to spend time to learn how to use it, but once mastered, its superb. Unlike a ‘normal’ whistle, you can alter pitch, and get different tones.This whistle is a turbo, simply meaning it has an extra hole. This does genuinely seem to change the sound a little when compared to a single hole, but not hugely.I have three Logan whistles now, and each has their merit. The A1 is probably the easiest to blow, light and sits in the mouth well. The 304, my favourite, is much heavier, made from stainless steel, and gives a great sound and feel. I have the Celtic engraved one, and I love it, though takes a little more practice than the A1, seems to give a more solid tone once cracked.The Delta 2 was purchased because when it’s really cold, the metal whistles can be really cold on the mouth, especially if you have it on a lanyard when walking. The polymer doesn’t cool down as much.

Bit disappointed the eye snapped off while working sheep. Sound is great I have brass version but wanted a spare (cheaper) one
