“Healthy” ramen without the fat. I’ve been buying these for years. Flavor as you want, cooks a little different from mainstream ramen, but tastes better. Great for kids that love noodles, but don’t need the extra nonsense that’s usually included in the ingredients. The consistencies are the same, texture isn’t as squishy as top ramen, cooks a tad longer and a small block of noodles is a lot. Good value.

Love that they are GF. I jazz it up with hoisin sauce or others I like at Trader Joe’s. I always add frozen veggies plus shrimp or chicken. Great quick meal.

I absolutely love Lotus Foods Organic Millet & Brown Rice Ramen. My son was asking for ramen daily, so I searched for a better alternative and found these. They’re organic and made with whole grains, making them much healthier to traditional ramen while still being deliciously satisfying. The texture is great—they cook up perfectly with a nice bite, never mushy. Plus, they’re low in sodium and don’t contain any artificial seasonings, so I can customize them however I like. Lotus Foods Organic Millet & Brown Rice Ramen Great price, good tasting gluten-free alternative! I recently went wheat-free as part of an allergy elimination diet and really needed someway to satisfy my Ramen cravings. I'm still experimenting, but so far I really like these noodles! They taste great and cook up like any other Ramen noodle without imparting it's own flavor. I like these noodles enough that I'm not sure I would be motivated to go back to a 'standard' Ramen noodle. By comparison to 'standard' Ramen noodles, these are a bit more starchy and have a tendency to bubble up and foam a bit - so, you kind have to watch these a bit more as they cook. If you follow the instructions on the packaging you'll get a nice consistent Ramen.

These were great for making a gluten free version of restaurant ramen! They didn't get overly sticky or mushy and my whole family (who can eat gluten) loved the dish. I wish they weren't as expensive, but I'm used to gluten free options being more pricey. I will be buying again when these run out!
