Delicious! I really did enjoy them. I particularly liked the Saricha spicy ones. My favourite! Shame they are quite a bit more expensive than a bag of crisps. But suppose there’s a lot more expense and work involved in farming crickets than potatoes. Lovely crispy snack.

I bought these for my class as part of a sustainable food event. Despite some initial reservations they were soon coming back for seconds and thirds and seeing the surprised looks on their faces when they realised they liked them was a treat. I bought these as a weird gift for my friends and tried them myself as well. The 'weirdness score' is high -- no doubt about it. Eating dried cricket bodies feels... well... unusual (my 7yo daughters loved the idea, by the way). Taste, however, is mediocre at best. Crickets, apparently, do not have 'own' taste, just whatever flavoring was added to them. So, as a curious (and challenging) one-off gift it fills the bill very well, but I personally would not try them again.

These are very heavily spiced, so you can only just about taste the crickets. They would be ok as bar snacks, but avoid if you don’t like spicy food.

Given it 5 stars as my partner thought these were great. Against my better judgement I did try one, but it was not a great success for me. But as he enjoys them, that is fine by me!

I discovered this snack while visiting Southeast Asia ... not everyone's cup of tea but these are an excellent example and similar to what they have in e.g., Singapore.

Crunchy, tasty, high protein and fibre novelty treat. Going to order more for gifts. The packaging is nice as it has simple to understand graphics printed on the inside of the box showing water consumption, protein and land usage of crickets compared to cows, pigs, and chickens. Gives you something to think about without it being an “in your face message”. The 15g packs are snack size and are great tasting flavours.

Ganz ehrlich.. Die sweet chillig and lime Version, ist der leckerste Snack den ich je gegessen habe. Ich wäre soweit, von nun an nur noch Insekten statt Steaks.. ich bin sehr gern Teil der Lösung und nicht Teil des Problems. Diese Tiere schmecken so gut, sind gesund und unglaublich nachhaltig in der Produktion.. Aber der Preis, Leute.. Handlungsbedarf! :))

Anfangs war ich ein bisschen skeptisch mhmm.. Wie schmeckt das wohl? Jedenfalls bestellt und super schnell angekommen. Direkt probiert. Was ... das kann nicht sein ... das schmeckt ja sogar sehr gut. Alle drei Geschmacksrichtungen probiert und genossen. Man hat zwar einen ganz leichten ungewohnten Nachgeschmack, aber durch die geniale Gewürzmischung, hat man einen super leckeren Geschmack. Zusätzlich muss man erwähnen, dass die Verpackung sowie der Verpackungskarton sehr gut gestaltet sind. Das einzige was mich ein wenig stört ist der Preis, wenn der Preis etwas mehr angepasst wäre, für die Menge die man kriegt, würde ich wahrscheinlich nie wieder Chips essen. Ich kann es aber nur wärmstens jedem empfehlen, wenigstens einmal zu probieren. In meinem Fall hat es sich aufjedenfall gelohnt.

Ich finde die Idee dahinter sehr gut, allerdings sind sie geschmacklich jetzt nicht so geil. Sie schmecken etwas muffig. Die Gewürzmischung ist aber gut. Preis Leistung finde ich persönlich etwas zu hoch. Am Ende ist der Geschmack natürlich Geschmackssache, aber preislich wenn ich sie einfach zu teuer.

Schmecken besser als ursprünglich gedacht. Für ein Snack zwischendurch super. Mir persönlich hat die Geschmacksrichtung BBQ nicht ganz so gut gefallen, da kann das Produkt aber nichts dafür. Am besten selbst austesten und begeistern lassen.

Etwas teuer, jedoch gut im Geschmack für die die es lieber schärfer möchten!
