are all the colors matte

I got the "First Impressions". Description stated "sheer, matte, natural" ..NOT! These are frosted/shimmery. Awful.

Is this product a matte finish?

The color has a subtle sparkle and sheen.

Can anyone please recommend what other color of eyeshadow blend well with this color. I want to do a trio of shadows, but don't know what colors to

yes I use dark green and top with brown eyeshadow soft coloring for mature lady
