Just use them for hamburger covers. They're a little bigger than anticipated but they work fine. Quality is fine, and easy to install the handles.

Great for a small griddle!
Easy to assemble, just the right size for a small griddle (mine is a 17 x 13 inch griddle that sits on the grates of my gas grill). I particularly like the silicone on the handles, so the dome is not too hot to pick up when using.So far I have used it to melt cheese on smash burgers, onions, veggies, and toasting burger buns. Worked well, and cleaned up easily.I can get 2 on the griddle at the same time...actually I can get 3 on, but it is crowded and takes some maneuvering. But, if you are limited to griddle space (like I am) they are really nice!

Very Nice
Great addition to my griddle, does what they say it does. Melts cheese perfectly on my burgers. You to assemble the handles on to the dome but that's easy enough. Put the chrome nut on the outside of the dome and the screw head on the inside.

Great for melting cheese on burgers and cooking onions on flat top. I like to make cheese skirts on smash burgers by overflowing grated cheese onto griddle and putting these lids on sure does a nice job.They wipe clean with paper towel too đź‘Ť

These were the perfect size for my eggs or sandwiches.The product is well made, handles are great,It also came with extra bolts and nuts for the handles.Get this:: they even included a screwdriver to put them on!!!Over and above as far as I'm concerned!!
