Shilajit is amazing. I'm blown away by what this stuff does.I'm a 64 year old software engineer and keeping up with my younger compatriots is tough. I like the way the product is making me feel and I seem to be stronger and getting leaner. But wow, it tastes horrible haha. I dilute it in my lemon water with a stevia packet to disguise the flavor. So far my husband hasn't noticed a boost in his (uh, family jewels) as this product touts. But on the short term it's made a bit of a noticeable difference in my overall stamina and energy. For that I gave it 4 stars. Would I recommend it? Yes.

On my y’all this really works well! I’m just on day 2 and felt a significant difference immediately! I had low energy for months. I would get winded, just walking upstairs do from vaping. After taking this, my energy level has tripled and I’m now able to go on my runs. And mind you. This is only the second day I’m taking it. I take it twice a day morning was the evening. Nothing like caffeine with the crash. You can rest peacefully right after taking it. I’m just totally blown away!

While I can commend this product for immense possibility of how it’s utilized due to its lack of flavor and it being a liquid. if you get any under the twist cap, it’s almost as hard as glue and you’re gonna need a rag and stiff hand to reopen it. Every time.

I got this because I heard so much about it online and decided to give it a try. I am impressed with the quality of this extract and I will definitely be purchasing more when this bottle runs out. It gives you an overall good feeling when drinking with water.

This tastes very earthy as it should and it smells like the hiking path up to the mountain after the rain. It's deep black/brown and has the substance of tar which mostly dissolves into water but not all of it. I drink it down with a straw and it works well for me.I don't necessarily feel anything from taking it although I know how important the trace minerals are to the body and filling up those cells which need those minerals. I generally take Celtic Sea Salt for my minerals but this works just as well. It includes lots of good stuff and I do recommend this to everyone on a daily basis. Overtime, it will balance out everything our system may need. I love it.
