Great traction.
took them on a 3 mile hike over very icy conditions. Up hill, down hill with a 40 lb pack on. Never slipped at all. easy to get on and off.

Good spikes. If ur hiking boots are 9.5 like mine, better choose Large. It runs small for 9.5.

Loved These
I’ve been using them this winter/early spring on the trails- they are easy to get on/off & are fantastic on ice and snow.

Break easily
Broke on first use. A link slipped out of its hole. I managed to put it back in with a lot of effort, but it came out again the next time I used them. This happened again and again on every hike! Don't buy these crampons unless you plan to hike with a pair of pliers in your pocket...

Strong
These things rock. I wore them on my hiking shoes in 12 inches of power with ice under that. I didn't slip at all. I was way faster than the snow shoe people and a lot less exhausted.

Good stuff
Worth every penny. They kept me from slipping on steep mountains in Colorado in 1 foot deep snow. My friend went with a cheaper product and slipped constantly. Funny for me but not for them.

Ok not great, better options out there
I bought these over the Kahtoolas and ended up regretting it. The spikes are smaller and I had the metal braces I guess detaching from the harness which is a real pain to deal with at high altitudes.
