I have only just installed these into a Subaru 2021 Outback. Although I can’t comment on their longevity, these bulbs are noticeably brighter than the factory incandescents and are error free in my car. They’re a good colour, not too pale and not too orange. You can fit them either way round and they will still work. They were a snug fit into the bulb T20 socket and they illuminate the globe housing evenly.

UPDATE JUNE 2026 The Oxilam bulbs I purchased a year ago continue to perform flawlessly. I just purchased two more sets of these bulbs for the rear turn signals on other 2018 Buick Encores in our family. There are all kinds of less expensive 7440/7444 LED bulbs on Amazon stating that they will not result in a hyper flash or error messages on the dash when used in turn signals. I never found one that performed as advertised related to the GM cars I own. Now I just pay a few extra dollars for Oxilam bulbs and have complete satisfaction. I have attached a video. The one quick flash you may see is just the video looping and playing again, it is not a hyper flash. These bulbs offer tremendous brilliance and infinitely quicker response times to full brilliance over tungsten bulbs. My Original Review Below While difficult to get into the turn signal socket and difficult to get into the rear turn signal housing on my 2018 Buick Encore due to the increased bulb size, this bulb is a game changer in the brilliant 4 way flashers and turn signals. The flash goes off like a flash bulb. No can bus error codes or hyper flash. Significant improvement over the factory tungsten filament bulb. Install tip: On the drivers side replacing the turn signal bulb can be challenging. You can easily change the bulb itself in seconds by removing the entire light assembly that takes about 5 minutes. Unplug the wiring harness for the assembly, remove the phillips capped screw in the plastic trim of the light assembly at the outer edge of the rear liftgate. Inside the rear use an 8mm socket to remove the 4 nuts holding the the assembly in place. For the one nut you will need a 1/4 In drive 8mm deep socket. The entire assembly can then be removed from the car giving you open access to the back up and turn signal bulbs. The rear running lights and brake lights are integrated inside the assembly and do not utilize replaceable bulbs.
