Hard to disolve in cold water...
I bought this for my morning energy. I usually just tear open a packet and dump it into cold water. This doesn't work well with this product. It took a very long time to get all the lumps broken down. This was with me shaking the bottle vigorously every 5 minutes. Product is probably best dissolved in warm or even hot water.No Noticable energy boost from this product.
