Not everyday recipe's
The meals are not typical meals as I was hoping. One of the recipes I used said it yielded 7 quarts. It in fact made 5 quarts, so I didn’t have a full canner. I will try some of the chicken recipes when we butcher chickens this summer.

I love this product, very ease to use. Has an acquired taste, but very ease to adjust taste buds after 1st use. I drink this product daily, I am very satisfied.

It didn’t work for me
Had my annual physical exam I found out I’m pre diabetic so not one to give in I started looking into ways to lower my A1C. This product is known as a (sugar killer) so I stopped drinking alcohol and sugar drinks watched what I ate and lost 12 pounds. After over 3 months of the above my A1C didn’t move a number exactly where I was before stopping the drinking and changing my diet. I was taking this product 6-8 oz daily for over the 3 month period so it clearly didn’t work for me. I’m still doing what I have to do eliminating sugar as much as I can from my diet but not purchasing this product anymore.
