Helps to thin mucus. Good price on Amazon. Delivered as expected. All good

As long as I hit the dosing time it works great
I’m not the best at taking medications on a schedule…mainly because with the exception of a antibiotic I’ve never had to take medication regularly. I’ve been to the doctor a couple times and been diagnosed with a chronic sinus infection and i just can’t kick constantly having mucus and constantly having to clear my throat. So fast this is doing the trick but for the price I hope once this bottle is empty the problem stays corrected because I can’t afford to add $75 to keep this in supply roughly every month and a half. Or maybe only take it when it’s at its worst. Overall does what it claims.

Works well for me
I get frequent sinus infections that often causes my asthma to get worse. After taking 1 capsule twice a day for a week I am seeing and feeling a difference. So this is working well for me so far.

good combination - but not very informative
This is a proprietary blend of 300mg = > Eucalyaptus - syncarpia glomulifera - pinus - bulnesia sarmientol - peppermint - fenugreek. so one has no info of the dose of each. But all are known for targeting / supporting the respiratory system. The ingredients are helpful by reducing mucus and helping cough it up. I want to clarify that the instructions are to take 1-2 capsules 2 times daily. So this 90 capsule bottle of supposed one capsule serving pans out to be > depending on 1 = two times / OR 2 two times either 45 days OR 22 days. This also makes the daily intake up to 1,200mg.

Drying
It does have some drying effect. Taken for several days my sinuses were slightly clearer but not my lungs. I think it led to more frequent blood when I blew my nose. I've discontinued for now.

Not Enough Information
I looked up the ingredients and I am familiar with all except the main one: isolaed extracts. I know what it is supposed to do, that is to thin and dissolve mucus, that is clear. But I am not sure what I am taking.

Confusing Instructions
Says serving size 1 capsule, then directions say 1-2 capsules twice a day. So a 90 Capsule package would net a month and a half or less. I took it without issue, but am doing one a day will report back if it helps. So far 7 days in.
