Will this start a dead dead Ford F350 diesel 6.7 liter? ?

Highly doubt it. Be lucky if it starts a lawn mower. I bought one brand new ( to start bigger engines, after all, it said it could).after owning it for about 11 months without using it, but charging it approximately every three months. When I finally needed to use it to start a dead Ford escape, it failed. Turned the dash lights on, and that's it. It was still under the one year warranty. I sent it into them for warranty repairs. It's been over three months now, and they still have it. After two months of hearing nothing, I contacted them to check the status. They told me it was next to get looked at. Here it is, another month later, and still nothing. Very disappointed in an item I thought was good quality, and more so, the customer service.

Can you replace the battery when it finally dies?

yes you can...they even have a send it back to them and they refurbish it including a new battery ..they are a good company.. everything made in USA ...they answer the phone and provide good customer their warranty..all. the tow trucks use them and jump bunch of cars every day..best unit on the market...
