I bought two of these — one for each car — and I’m beyond impressed. They replaced my older, bulky jump starters that used standard sealed batteries. The JNC325 is significantly lighter, occupies much less space, and still delivers substantial power. It easily started my SUV and has already helped me give a jump to a stranger in a grocery store parking lot. I really don't drive enough, and if my battery wasn't in the trunk under a spare tire etc, I'd rather just disconnect it until I did want to drive (2014 LS1 Camaro). So it stands to say my battery dies regularly - hence me buying this. Gave the instructions a quick once over and turns out all I needed to do was make sure it was already charged to 75-100% then get started. Pop the hood and attach the jump cables to the Jump-N-Carry, then red to red and black to black, wait for a green light and crank the car up 6 seconds later. I think it started faster and more clear than when I bought the car brand new in 2014. My car battery has never gone full dead, so I can't comment on the override button for full dead batteries, but it's mentioned in the instruction manual. Cons: Previous reviews never mentioned something simple like if charging this with a USB-C from the car works, instead talking about trying to charge it via the alternator? Why? TLDR: Easy to use with charge, connect, jump. Cables reach about 2 feet apart. I'd rather buy this once than pay for triple A, or wait for someone to answer the door or phone to jump me, so worth the price. I accidentally turned on the light while trying to turn it back off after checking it's power supply and nearly blinded myself so I think I'd call that bright.

Worked like a charm. I have a parasitic draw on my battery that I have not figured out yet, so if it sits for a few days the battery is totally dead. I've jumped it with this device three times and in each case it started right up. The only issue I've seen is that my battery is so low that the device doesn't detect it properly, so I have to put it in override mode to get it to work. But once I did that - the car started right up every time.

I have used this product several times over the last year. It worked as intended every time except once, when the battery involved was severely depleted. The one thing that stops me buying this product again is that the jaws of the cables are quite small and this can make it difficult to get a good connection to the battery terminals. I've always managed to make the connection after some effort, and maybe you'll be much better than me, but given that having to jump start a battery can occur in relatively stressful circumstances, you just want everything to be as easy as possible, and these jaws don't quite fit that billing.

Love this charger. I will never be stranded again with a dead battery.

I don’t drive much anymore, but when I do and the battery is dead, this jump starter starts my car up right away. I’ve jumped it four or five times on the same charge and it still has plenty of charge left in it. It is compact and easy to carry in a large purse or just in your car.

Very nice features, car jumping, USB charging and flashlight. Jumped my 6 cylinder dead as a doornail Sorento off, no problem. A deluxe package I bought for wife, I recommend highly.

Have a JNC770R since 2017 and finally stopped holding a working charge after a couple recharge attempts. Had it in my vehicles since but never had to jump anything, and only used to power my portable air compressor to fill tires for years. Was looking to shed some weight and chose this product from the same manufacturer. After charging and finally trying to fill some tires, it didn't work. Tried the 12V adapter and that also didn't work. Power button lights up but nothing happens; doesn't even light the bulb on the air compressor before turning it on. Checked cable fittings and still didn't matter. Connected my mobile via USB and showed it was getting a charge. The flashlight worked so there's some power but not sure what's going on with 12V connections. Read about some timer shutting off the unit but don't think that was the case since I was attaching the cables, powering the charger and then air compressor within 5 seconds. Nothing worked. If I can't use a battery for simple power duties then I wouldn't trust it to be there if I need to jump start a dead battery.
