First noticed the second hand did not tick exactly with the decals. Especially at 40 and 50 minutes. It was ticking like at 40.30 seconds and 50.30 seconds. Maybe I expect too much. After around 5 hours I was coming to terms with this and was going to keep the watch, until I tried to get the stopwatch working and A and B buttons did nothing. I downloaded the VR4_E pdf instructions from pulsar and followed them carefully but A and B buttons/mini dials dead. No option but to send back and try another watch. I am quite a practical person and if I was doing something wrong, rather than a fault, I would be very surprised after reading the instructions and understanding what I was supposed to be doing. Nice looking watch with plenty of room in strap for XL wrists/adjustment. Oh, and I almost forgot to say, thank you desertcart for your world class customer service.
