The "touch-free" advantage eliminates a major source of cross contamination. Water-saving, dual power (battery or plug-in) sensor faucet with automatic turn-on & shutoff. All mechanical and electrical components are contained in one covered controlling box for easy installation. Sink hole Diameter: G1/2 (DN15) Water Pressure: 0.1-0.6MPa Operating Temperature: 0.1-45℃ Powered with 4 AA batteries (Not Included) or 110v outlet. Please note that sensor faucets do not have hot & cold handles, so they are usually installed with cold water only, or with an optional mixing valve, which mounts under the sink and connects to the hot and cold water source, and has a set control to proportion the hot & cold into one source for the faucet to use.

It's ok for the money, little more attention paid when designing it would have made a HUGE difference!
It's ok, has some physical flaws and installation issues that some may not have noticed. First off the mounting plate/trim provided is absolute garbage. Flimsy/thin. Sharp edges where the low voltage electrical control wire runs past it. Holes where the screws mount to the unit are too big as well as the hole where the unit attaches to the trim plate itself. This allows water to run past the trim plate everywhere the unit meets the trim plate and through the screw holes in the trim plate and water does and will accumulate and mildew etc. under the plate and eventually under your sink. This installation does require silicone application along all joints to prevent water from running over the plate and between the seams where the unit meets the mounting plate itself, the rubber gasket does nothing in spite of its quality. You will need silacone around the mounting plate where it meets the sink as well. The gasket provided isn't wide enough to provide adequate coverage around and under the trim plate and it is ineffective in spite of its nice quality grade material, it seems to be made of a good rubber, just NOT wide enough all the way around to be effective, a better gasket would be solid except for 2 holes, one for threaded water shaft and a second for the small control/voltage sending wire that runs next to the threaded shaft. Overall it's not a bad product, just the trim & gasket are trrrible. It does not mount flush anywhere on the sink area (even though the sink is flat). I believe the mounting plate/trim plate flexes too much because of the thin gauge tin used to manufacture the plate/hole cover. So basically I had to remove the trim plate and modify it to a single hole by remove the mounting plate because it allows water under it and I didn't want to have to silacone the entire thing. I also had to change the gasket because there isn't one provided if you need to remove the trim plate. I installed a fixed soap holder in one of the 3 holes on the sink and a chrome hole cover on the other with the unit in the middle. Turned out ok. I may decide to just replace the thing again with a traditional faucet, my wife is not happy with the look or operation. It does save water but is a bit of a hassle when it shuts off whle washing your hands and move them from the front sensor every once in a while, restarts fine, just a lot of off and on until you get used to the position you need to hold your hands to keep it running. One last thing that might be an issue for you is the water stays what ever temperature you adjust it to, you can't change from hot or cold automatically, you would have to choose hot, cold or warm by adjusting the setting under the sink, and that's what you get. Something to think about.

Awesome Faucet, Especially for the Price
UPDATE: It's been 1 year & 9 months since I purchased this faucet and it's still working great. I opted for using batteries instead of plugging it in to an outlet. I still haven't had to change the batteries yet. And it's installed in the bathroom that gets used most in my house. So I still highly recommend this faucet!Install was easy, and the faucet works great. I did have to close my valve coming out of the wall a little bit because the water pressure was a bit too high every time the faucet turned on. Also, I thought I'd be able to adjust the motion sensor distance at the time I purchased this, but after reading the manual it looks like the faucet automatically adjusts itself within the first 10 seconds of powering up the first time. So stay away from the sensor for the first 10 seconds after connecting batteries or plugging it into the wall. I know many people buy a mixing valve so you can get warm water while washing your hands, but most people only wash their hands for about 30 seconds, and the water isn't even warm by that time. So I recommend saving your money and skipping the mixing valve. I just simply hooked the faucet directly to my hot water line and even then the water rarely gets warm by the time I'm finished washing my hands. I never wash my hands long enough to where the water gets too hot.

Good so far;update: sensor unreliable
I have not installed it yet, but wanted to point out few things that were not clear or incorrect (from reviewers and description):1. No part of this faucet is made of plastic (except sensor, and aerator). Faucet is made of some metal alloy.2. You can adjust activation distance but you *have to* do it before you install the faucet as sensor has to be taken out.3. It's well made, shiny all over except I'd preffer there was a gasket around the sensor so moisture/dirt/soap does not get inside and feed mold.4. It came with white 110V power cord, about 2 ft long.5. It can be installed in single hole sinks with hole >28mm (about 1 1/8). Bottom plate is removable.UPDATE: I had it installed w/o an issue other than needing small ball valve on the output to avoid water hammer. HOWEVER, I have a major problem with the sensor. Some days sensor detects my presence (and turns the water on) from two feet away, on other days just few inches. It is very inconsistent.UPDATE2: In addition to issues with distance described above, IR sensor appears to have narrow vertical field of view: If you move your hands below the sensor's height the water will stop flowing even though hands continue to be directly under the faucet/water stream.

Wow. Only thing I was missing a rubber washer that nobody has but dale hardware.
It is working flawlessly. I connected it both to battery and ac current. I dot know if it is okay. I know that when I first installed it without power it kept the water running non stop. What happens if battery runs out of power and ac current go dead? I am still happy. How long it last, I do not know. I give it 5 star anyway.I installed it in the first floor because I usually have quite a few people coming in and out of our house. Now I am not paranoid about spreading infection downstairs.I just realized that the rubber washer that was missing was part of the mixing device and not this one.Update: I got an answer from manufacturer. It is okay to connect both to battery and ac. I was made to understand that the device will stop running water if and when it loses power. I cannot believe how cheap but nice looking this device. I can spend at least $100 for regular faucet--- this is by far more impressive, I just hope it last---Update: I realized that this not only look nice, it is inexpensive, it also makes me use less water. I can actually control the amount of water through the angle stop valve at the bottom of the sinc. I like to open it to the maximum so when it flows, I have more than enough water instantly. Saves me from opening and closing the hot and cold water each time I use it.
