All the parts you need to replace the cheap parts on the top dishwasher rack. And these are much nicer. The old parts are brittle and wobble in the drawer slides. These fit perfect and it doesn't wobble when you move the drawer. Very happy!

The pins that hold the top rack in place on our 5 year old Kitchenaid dishwasher snapped - first one side....and as I was figuring out what went wrong, the other side snapped. I found these replacement brackets after making the mistake of pricing OEM replacement parts for only one side of the rack. This set includes a pair - one for each side. It only makes sense to replace these in pairs, since removing them to replace only one would most likely cause the other side to break. After a few years of being subjected to heat and strong detergents, the plastic becomes brittle (why they're plastic is a whole other topic). These seemed to be made well and ultimately fixed the issue. But for those that plan on doing this themselves you should continue to read....I have a very mechanical background and have written many similar reviews relating to "mechanical" stuff. That being said, this took me an hour to do. Not so much because it was difficult, but because there are no instructions and the video was not much help. I've always learned by doing, anyway. So before I dug in, I made sure I understood how the original brackets were installed before disassembling them. I took one bracket apart piece by piece and made sure I left the other one intact. By the way, even if instructions were provided, it would most likely be difficult to follow because there are multiple things that need to line-up while simultaneously holding other things in place. Like fixing many things, the best way is to just figure it out by looking and doing. You'll need to be patient, handy and just have a feel for how things work.After reading other reviews, I was expecting to have to shave parts of the bracket, but I can tell you that my pieces all fit without grinding or modifying anything. Also note that this set includes all the pieces needed to replace the brackets on each side of the top rack - BUT - you will need to use the original cover brackets for the square housings on the sides of the brackets.Time will tell if these last, but at this price I'd be ok even if I get half the time I did from the originals. I gave 5 stars because the product works, but will update it if it fails earlier than expected (I actually do update reviews when needed).Update: July 2026. Perfect replacement for my Kitchen Aid washer. It was spot on accurate the right dimensions and fit.Installation was NOT easy, but once I got it all on, it fit perfectly.The instructions had to be referenced multiple times, and then re-checked over and over because it looks like it goes on differently than it does.I had several parts to replace on my washer (my fault through neglect and rough handling) so I didn’t have to buy a new one, and this is just one of the things that saved me so much money.Worth every penny.

Original KitchenAid set lasted over 5 years. These "upgraded" parts lasted 3 months (purchased in May 2025). Neither the usage frequency, nor the volume of dishes, nor the mode of operation (Normal), nor the detergent brand (Cascade) have changed after replacing the original KitchenAid parts with these. The top rack height is also not adjusted, once set up it stays in the same position. Our family's average usage is 1 load a day to 1 load every other day.The adjuster positioners, p/n W10195840 bowed and started to unclip from the rack within two months, I just kept clipping them back on with every load. Then the rack adjusters themselves p/n: W10546503 broke off the railing clip tabs at the back. Once that happened, almost every time I pulled out the top rack, the back of it swung down hinging on the front railing clips. From there it's a matter of days until the front clips broke and the top rack became unusable.I cannot recommend this product as it's clearly made from inferior material compared to the original Kitchenaid set.

This is the second time we’ve replaced these brackets and they work so well when new. Saved us from buying a new dishwasher when we didn’t need to.

It was fairly easy to install, however only two weeks after installation, two of the clips dropped off and I had to reinstall.

Twice the parts for 1/3rd the price charged by KitchenAid. Fit my dishwasher perfectly. Time will tell how durable they are, but the OEM parts are trash, so I doubt this will be worse and at this price I don't mind replacing them quite so much
