Can't personally know how much the cordyceps help me or not because of possible placebo effects, but I like the product.

They’re not too big for swallowing, which makes us happy. My wife is taking them for fertility, but hasn’t had them long enough (2 weeks) to see a difference yet.

It was almost 20 yrs ago when I was introduced to cordyceps. It was then from a MLM-type company that I was very familiar with. I've kept using fairly consistently since then, sometimes a formula that includes 1-2 other types of mushrooms, sometimes just cordyceps as this one is.I've coped with CFS/ME for more than 30 years. On my better days, I use cordyceps for a little extra oomph so that I can do a bit more than usual. I always know when I've taken it.

No noticeable effects noted after 1 month of use. Will try another cordyceps product next round.

Cordyceps is one of the mushrooms that I consume daily, either in bulk powder or as a supplement capsule. Nutricost is a brand that I am familiar with and use a number of their products. The container displays certifications/badges for Soy Free, Gluten Free, Non-GMO and CCOF (certified organic). In a disappointing aspect, the product details notes that the product is made in a GMP-compliant, FDA registered facility. While, I will give them the benefit of doubt, and lean towards that being the case (since they have been building their brand and name recognition), this is a glaring omission from being actually on the product label. This discrepancy does ding the rating.This offering from Nutricost provides 180 capsules. If you follow their suggested serving of 2 capsules, there is almost 3 months supply.While the ingredient is organic cordyceps, it is plain cordyceps, not an extract. Cordyceps extracts usually contain the sought after compounds (beta-glucans) in a concentrated form/quantity, thus enhancing the potential health benefits. Based on this consideration, this supplement pales in comparison to supplements that contain cordyceps extracts. It is better compared to encapsulated plain organic cordyceps.Compared to bulk organic cordyceps, this product is much pricier. You are paying for the convenience of having it in a capsule form for easy ingestion and travel/transport. Personally, I would look for a cordyceps extract when considering a cordyceps capsule supplement. It's hard to justify a significant price increase just to have my organic cordyceps in a capsule.Still, I understand some wanting to just take a capsule, and not bother with taste or mixing powder into coffee or a smoothie. For that scenario, these are perfectly fine.Based on my personal biases, while I think these is a credible organic cordyceps supplement, it merits a 4 - 4.25 star rating, with a moderate level recommendation.

機能性成分や論文は確認できなかったが腎臓、肺、肝臓機能の改善効果があると漢方生薬では伝承されている。実際に毎日服用したところ肺機能改善効果あり。処方薬を使用しなくてもピークフロー値が高値安定した。シネンシスは単価300万円/kgの野外品が一番効果が高いが本商品のように子実体でなく深層培養菌糸体製品でもこれほど効果があったことは非常に驚いた。冬虫夏草のように常食する品目でなければサプリメントを購入する価値はあるかもしれないが食品で摂取できる成分のサプリメントはお金をドブに捨てていると同義。そのお金で美味しいものをバランスよく食べたほうが価値が高いことはいうまでもない。
