Speedy delivery, Helpful Customer Service
Order was delivered speedily and in good working condition. However, there was a missing item in the delivery. The Customer Service was able to provide assistance promptly. Although eventually I couldn't get a complete product as described, i was able to get a discount. Overall, i am satisfied with the product and the Customer Service. Will shop at Amazon again.

Fantastic!
This is the second one that I bought . The previous one lasted for almost 10 years of almost daily use (and then wringer system blocked) and I did not hesitate to buy another one. It works a treat and is ideal for me as I suffer from skin problems and allergies and with this bucket I do not have to touch the water at all, not even have to bend over. I can recommend this to anyone. It is not a cheap product but to me it is worth every penny.
