I make my own green powder for my smoothies this is a great supplement for lowering stress and blood sugar levels, reduces cortisol, boost brain function etc. The flavor is a bit bitter but it gets mask with pomegranate powder and frozen fruits.

Good product only wish I had bought in capsules. Really strong and unappealing taste.

This product does what it says. I've been having problems with my joints, especially my TMJ. Had been experiencing radiating pain from my TMJ to my mouth to include my teeth. The pain was unpredictable and sometimes very intense. it was becoming more difficult to chew food because of this pain. After taking this a couple of days I noticed that the painful episodes had decreased and were much less intense. I take this product once daily in the morning. I mix 1 tsp of Ashwagandha Root Powder with 1 tsp of Moringa Leaf powder in an 8oz cup of hot water. I mix it up; add some stevia and drink it as a tea. (You will have to get used to the taste.) If I take daily I can go through my day without pain. If I miss it or forget to take it with me on trips the pain gradually comes back to full force. So I'm grateful I tried this product. I'm over 50 and my joints do feel much better and my focus and concentration are very good.I drink this for the benefits I receive andI highly recommend this product.

I use ashwagandha each morning in my porridge. And I bought this brand of ashwagandha powder because of the container it's offered in. I dislike the pouches that everyone uses since it makes the kitchen cupboard look so cluttered. I wish all supplement powders were offered in this type of container. The taste, freshness and quality of this product are all perfect. Bet you would have never guessed I bought it for the container! Excellent product and I will continue to buy it. Thank you!

I like it. It works very well. Tastes a little like dirt when added to plain water but the texture is smooth. Big container with a lot of servings!

I threw product in the garbage. Tasted terrible and made my stomach hurt. I should have requested full refund. Bought being told would possibly help me with better sleep. Kept me up as my stomach burned in pain. Even tums didn't help. Don't purchase. Bad product.
