If you have lower spine/tailbone issues, like degenerative disc disease or herniated discs, or even a fractured disc, this is the cushion for you! I have a bigger one by a different manufacturer but it doesn’t work as well. This one is compact and comes with a carrier bag. It is airline approved and fits in a small airline seat just fine. This is a great cushion, relieves and prevents pain.

I feel like I have tried every single kind/brand/size/shape of cushion like this for air travel and this is the only one I've found that is actually comfortable at any price point. Now, I'm able to do 5+ hour flights with this thing without the brutal tailbone pain I've dealt with over the years. I'm a bigger guy, (5'11" / 230lbs) and this cushion was both big enough for my frame and small enough to fit on your average airplane seat without bumping up against your row-mates, which is really hard to pull off. Love that it folds in half and doesn't have to be inflated or pumped up, (those kind of cushions have often broken/punctured on me and frankly, they're a pain in the you-know-what, to use) but I do wish it was a wee bit smaller when folded as getting it into a backpack or crossbody is possible, but not easy. However, it kinda has to have some bulk to it to do its job so well so it's an acceptable compromise, IMO. I usually attach it to a carabiner on the rear of my backpack by its little closure tab/snap thingee and it stays out of the way just fine. Just ignore all the others and get this one. It's reasonably priced, good quality, and most importantly IT ACTUALLY WORKS!

I was really happy with this cushion. Used it for a 16 hour flight to Asia and was able to sleep much more than usual. Took pressure off my butt and tailbone. Slept well on the 14 hour flight back. Currently using it on the chair in my home office. Folds up to a decent size. I brought it on the flight as my carry-on item.

I wish it was a bit softer, but it works for sitting on hard chairs or giving your spine a rest, with the hole to eliminate pressure. I used it during Jury Duty and found that I was able to sit for hours without being in pain. I like how it is foldable too!!! While I used the seat, I had my cell phone and lunch in the bag, so that I only had to worry about carrying the bag while sitting and then when moving, just the bag and the folded seat. VERY convenient and helpful!

First off, let me say this is so freaking comfy! I bought this for a 20+ hour flight to Indonesia, and it made my trip infinitely better, especially when sitting on airport floors and stiff airline economy seats. It folds up and has a handle, so I was also able to attach it to my suitcase/backpack with a carabiner for ease of access. It is very thick but not heavy, and I was able to use it as a seat cushion, back cushion, and pillow. 10 out of 10!

This travel seat is comfy, but it does raise me up a bit high. I’ve been trying it out in my car to see how it does before my long international flight. I’ve had to re-adjust my seat to accommodate the height. I do t like that it cuts off mid thighs, so that’s why I only gave 3 stars. I’m still trying to find something else.

As somebody with tailbone issues, this came in clutch for a 16 hour flight where I had limited carry space. Super comfortable and portable! Comfort: I've used many cushions before especially on flights and I always felt like my thighs and groin go numb due to them affecting circulation, however with this cushion, I didnt have that issue at all. Now of course if you're sitting fir 16 hours straight you will have your bum and thighs etc go numb thats just biology not the cushions fault lol. I believe I sat for 15/16 hours with 5 minute break every few hours to use the bathroom (ITS DANGEROUS TO SIT THROUGH A FLIGHT FOR THAT LONG WITHOUT BREAKS FYI) The cusion is also plush and I didnt feel like it was super stiff which I dont like in other cushions personally. Portability: It fit nickel in my carry on, if you're wondering about size, its the same size as any tailbone cushion but if you could fold it in half lol. Even comes with a pull string bag to store it in.

Hey! My husband has a nerve problem and he gets very uncomfortable sitting on hard surfaces. He used to carry a rolled up beach towel with him when we would go to a restaurant. Sometimes he would forget to put it in the car. Then after sitting in a hard booth or chair for about 15 minutes, he would become very uncomfortable. I did some research and looked at several travel cushions. I decided to buy this one because it had great reviews and the price was reasonable. I also liked that it folded up and could be carried easily. He really loves his travel cushion. I am so glad it made a difference and he is more comfortable now when we are away from home.

Arrived packaged in bag, not box. Think it’s expensive for a Very rigid product.. I tried to get used to it but found no relief for coccyx=item returned.

Bought this to use while travelling. Was a lifesaver because we did a lot of travel by car/train/bus/flight and it's so convenient to just fold and carry around. Did not flatten/lose shape no matter how long i spent sitting on it.

The product is highly quality but the problem for me was to soft! And because of that after few minutes seating in it my coccyx is touching the seat and the pain is bad.
