Works great, stays fizzy for longer than sodastream, very happy with my purchase. Bought two separate smaller 500ml fizz mate bottles which is better for me. update- remember to screw the infuser lid on to the bottle first before attaching to the machine, i forgot this & screwed the bottle on to the fizz infuser which was already attached to the machine which resulted in an explosion. i have seen a few people comment on this before making that same mistake but i forgot so don't forget.

UPDATE!!! My Drinkmate went faulty a couple of weeks ago. I phoned the company customer services and after going through a few routine processes to ensure there was a real fault, they asked me to send my Drnkmate back to them (free) and today I received a brand new machine! They even asked what colour i wanted. I'd had the machine for nearly a year with no problems before this. Suberb customer service, which is why my review has gone from four to five stars.....I've had this for around a month now, and use it mostly for fizzing white wine, although I've also used it for water and beer. I find it very easy to use and the results have been great so far. If there are any problems down the line I will update my review. But so far, a fantastic buy.

We love this in our family! Have constant fizzy water on the go and works great. I either make or buy cordial so we can have fizzy drinks that are a bit healthier. The gas canister it comes with is rubbish and ran out really quickly so I’ve knocked off a star. I’ve signed up to a gas delivery company where they pick up and take away your old bottles and replace with new. This works a treat! So The combination is fab.

I dithered for a while over getting this and looked at several different projects before settling on this but I can unreservedly say we love it. It's easy to use, quick to clean and we look forward to "fizz" every day after school. We don't store fizz overnight so I can't speak to how it lasts but for simplicity and usability I highly recommend it. We have fizzed juice, cordial, and water.

We haven't bought any fizzy drinks since getting this brilliant machine. I uses the pepsi max syrup from sodastream which I make up before fizzing. I think it holds the fizz better. Lightly fizzed pure orange or pure apple juice is lovely and refreshing. I was surprised how fizzy the drinks are and how long the fizz stays. I used cold filtered water and keep any syrup in the fridge. The bottle that you make the drink in comes with a cap which fits tightly so you can store bottles on their side in the fridge. So far I've keep a bottle of made up pepsi max for 4 days in the fridge and it was that fizzy the the bubbles went up my nose. Best buy every!!

This product is great but twice I’ve ordered it and twice the CO2 canister been missing so end up buying from somewhere in the end. DrinkMate is easy to assemble and use and it’s really handy! It’s definitely useful product but two of my orders for the Drink Mate were missing the main component! It’s a good value for money!

One of the best products I’ve bought this year. Fantastic sparkling water that does not go flat quickly. Much better than many well branded sparkling water companies. Would absolutely recommended.

This is the best carbonated beverage machine you can readily buy online. I have tried 3 different versions of the Sodastream and while the results were comparable, the carbonation lasted so much longer in my water in comparison to any Sodastream I tested. Very easy to use and being encouraged to carbonate pretty much any beverage has lead me to trying multiple things like carbonated lemonade. A wonderful surprise! This would also make a great gift to anyone trying to reduce their reliance on soda, as I have found many of the syrup flavours to be comparable (but not quite exact) in taste but a fair amount less sugar per serving. An excellent product.

This is my first drink carbonator, so I can't compare it to the other ones out there. But I can say this, it adds much more carbon than I though it would. The carbonated water I make is so carbonated that I can only take little sips. My 13 year old son loves the carbonated drinks so much that's it's annoying, lol.
