JanSport 26L Cross Town Backpack – 12 inch Daypack, Navy

The quality is better than what I’ve found in stores lately. I love that it’s lightweight. The color is so pretty!

This is a very simple style of backpack with just the bare minimum of pockets and sections, but it IS a Jansport and their quality speaks for itself. I bought these as gifts for the grandkids, and I know they will enjoy many years of use, just like my boys did.

Can never go wrong with a JanSport! Years later and it’s still a great backpack. No rips and zipper still works. You can fit multiple books/binders/sweatshirts etc. Yeti water bottle fits perfectly in side pocket as well. The straps are still very secure and don’t loosen unless you do it on purpose.

Got this on sale for use as a get-home bag for a family member. It's generic. Non-descript. Does not tacticool or expensive in any way. Small enough to stow in a car trunk or under desk. Big enough for a change of clothes, shoes, couple of water bottles, and basic first-aid. Outer zip pocket is handy for snacks, tools, flashlight. Will definitely buy more.

Could use more space.

We love Jansport in our house for its durability and how spacious the bags are. They do not rip or fade. If bag looks dirty, just put it in the wash and air dry it inside out and bag looks as great as new. Only thing I’d say is that I wish it had more pockets, but for such a stylish and durable bag that you can use for many years, it’s a minor quibble.
